Minister Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal will contest from Amritsar, Laljit Singh Bhullar from Khaddur Sahib, Gurmeet Singh Kudia from Bathinda, Gurmeet Singh Meet Higher from Sangrur and Balbir Singh from Patiala. Gurpreet Singh GP was fielded from Fatehgarh Sahib seat. A former Congress MLA, he recently joined AAP.

Punjabi actor Karanjit Anmol is contesting from Faridkot seat. It is known that there are total 13 parliamentary seats in Punjab
