In such a situation, buyers of 5 projects of Amrapali Group will no longer need to come to the office of the Court Receiver or NBCC. Court Receiver of Amrapali Project and Attorney General of India R.Venkataramani has made it clear that flat buyers will not be harassed unnecessarily. Also, Venkataramani has said that by March 2025, under all circumstances, the keys of the flat will be handed over to all home buyers.

Court Receiver Venkataramani has said that there is no need for physical verification for those home buyers who have uploaded the complete account of the money paid at the time of purchasing the flat on the website and it has been verified. The Court Receiver Office is matching the payments deposited by home buyers on the website. It is taking some time because there are many flats which have more than two claimants. After verifying this, we are now going to send the digital NOC certificate.

NOC will be obtained through digital verification

It is noteworthy that thousands of people associated with Noida's Amrapali project live in different parts of the country. In such a situation, he was facing trouble due to calling him again and again. Home buyers had to travel to Noida again and again for some work. Now such home buyers are going to get relief. However, thousands of home buyers who have not deposited the outstanding amount will still find it difficult to get a home. Because there are more than two claimants on many flats of the Amrapali project. The number of such people is around 600.

Thousands of home buyers will benefit

There are 38,000 homeowners from different parts of the country trapped in five projects of Amrapali. NBCC, the company building the Amrapali project, has said that it has built 16,000 flats and handed them over to the court receiver. In this, NBCC has also handed over 6000 flats to home buyers. Whereas, 10,000 flats have not been handed over yet. The verification process regarding these 10 thousand flats is still going on. Only after this NOC will be given.
