The Mahtari Vandan Yojana's first installment was launched. 70 lakh women's accounts received Rs. 655 crore; the PM announced that women will also receive drones.

 On Sunday, the first part of the Chhattisgarh government's massive Mahtari Vandan Yojana was made available. Almost 70 lakh women's bank accounts received a total of Rs 655 crore from PM Narendra Modi. In a virtual speech, Prime Minister Modi announced that tomorrow, women will also receive drones from the government as part of the Namo Drone Scheme.

Modi went on to say that your accounts will now have no credit each month.
