The Australian Grand Prix got underway on Thursday, and the four-day event is expected to draw crowds that have never been seen before.

Jess, a McLaren enthusiast, waited in line at Albert Park starting at 5:30 am on Friday to get a front-row seat.

"I used to ride motorbikes when I was little, and then I listened to a podcast with Daniel Ricciardo on it, and then I got back into racing," she stated.

In the months following their birth, motor sports dominated Seth and Niamh's lives, as their parents and grandparents held scrutineering positions.

The organizers are eager to highlight the enormous attendance figures and the influx of people to Melbourne's tourist and hospitality industry.

A record-breaking 444,631 spectators passed through Albert Park last year; of these, 72,176 were from out of state and 8,811 were foreign visitors.

Australian Grand Prix Corporation chairman Martin Pakula expressed his extreme confidence that the record will remain once more broken.

The former big events minister for Victoria declared, "We've sold out on Saturday and Sunday, and we're looking at the enormous crowds on Friday and even Thursday."

Since then, they have gone to several Grand Prix events. "It's amazing," Seth exclaimed.
