A division bench consisting of Justices Sudhir Singh and Harsh Bunger gave the respondents three weeks' notice while also granting them time to respond.

Nevertheless, it turned down Senior Advocate Gurminder Singh's request to stop the office's operations from representing the AAP Councilor.


The UT government's attorney told the court that the electoral record was kept safe in the strong room.
